How we work together.

1. The service

SIPNEER prints a sponsor's branding on the sponsor panels of SIPNEER packaged drinking water bottles and distributes those bottles to local venues in the agreed areas. The plans shown on the website are indicative. The bottle count, areas, timeline and price for your campaign are confirmed in a written quote (WhatsApp or email) before any work starts.

2. Orders and approval

• A campaign starts when you approve the written quote.
• We send a design proof of your panels. Printing starts only after you approve the proof. Please check spelling, offers and contact details carefully; what you approve is what gets printed.
• Changes after print approval are not possible for that batch.

3. Your artwork and offers

• You confirm that you own or are licensed to use every logo, image and text you give us.
• You are responsible for honouring any offer printed on the bottle exactly as printed, for the period stated on your quote.
• We review every label and may decline artwork that is misleading, unlawful, or in the categories listed on our For Sponsors page (for example alcohol, tobacco, gambling or political messaging).

4. Printing and distribution

• Bottles are filled at a BIS (IS 14543) and FSSAI licensed plant and labelled with your approved design.
• Distribution goes to venues in the areas named on your quote. The exact venues can change with availability; the total bottle count does not.
• Timelines on the quote are estimates and can move with printing and plant schedules. We keep you informed on WhatsApp.

5. Payment

Payment terms, including any advance, are stated on your quote. We do not take online payments through the website at this time. Invoices are issued for every campaign.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel before approving the design proof; any design work already done may be charged as stated on your quote. After print approval, the batch cannot be cancelled.

7. Results

Bottle advertising puts your brand in front of real people, but we do not guarantee a specific number of visits, scans or sales. Any figures we share are described as targets or as measured results, never mixed.

8. Liability

Our liability for any campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

9. The website

Content on sipneer.in is ours or used with permission. Sample sponsor names on the site are illustrative unless stated otherwise. The bottle preview tool, when available, is for creating a mock-up of your own brand; do not upload material you do not have the right to use.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
